COVID-19 Coronavirus Disease
Waterfront Lodge, Cabins, and RVs (WFLCRVs) would like all of you to know that we understand your concerns about the current conditions in regards to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
We started this business with families in mind where we created an atmosphere where families and friends can gather together around a campfire, grill foods, swim and boat, fish and enjoy the tranquility of nature, all without the cell phones and TVs. We also have always been committed from day one to ensure a safe, clean and secure environment.
WFLCRVs will continue to keep our protocols in place (appropriate cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing). Currently, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends washing of hands, social distancing, and limit physical contact such as hand shaking and hugs (masks are optional). Our cabins can sleep 4 to 8 people and are situated 30 to 100 feet apart. Each have their own picnic areas and there is over 200 feet of waterfront shoreline to enjoy. There is no overcrowding here.
A few additional protocols that have been added are:
All cabin windows and doors (screen doors in place) will be left opened prior to your arrival for fresh air circulation as this is one method to help in preventing the spread of COVID-19. Although it means the rooms will not be air conditioned prior to your arrival we hope you feel it is worth the trade-off.
We will also ensure there is adequate supply of cleaning supplies (floor disinfectant, windex, bleach/water and paper towels) for you to utilize during your stay.
In addition, we will now offer express checkin/checkout where you have the option of determining your checkin/checkout procedures. Although we are family oriented business and offer the personal engagement, we understand your concerns. Ask us at time of booking so we can curtail checkin/checkout procedures to your liking.
Lastly, please follow us on Facebook for special offers.
Our thoughts are with the many who have been impacted by this situation. Please be assured, we will continue to do our best for as long as necessary to mitigate adverse impacts from the spread of Coronavirus, while still providing the level of service you expect from us. We thank you for trusting us with your business, and look forward to working together toward recovery. Again, we will be here for you. If there is anything we can help you with or should you have additional concerns/questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
From our family to yours, God Bless
